The planned 110,000m2 of office space provided by the PONT-ROUGE project are proposed on floor plates of over 3,000m2.
Environmentally friendly, the PONT-ROUGE project’s buildings will benefit from the Minergie label while corresponding to all requirements of today’s businesses. Whether for local SMEs or for multinationals, the 110,000m2 of offices spread over five buildings will have flexible floor plates and will be able to match any specific demand for interior design. Floors of over 3,000m2 will allow any company to find and create the perfect work environment for their type of activity.
